These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DashBoardly AI website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

DashBoardly AI provides tools to upload data, generate dashboards, and share analytics. Features may change over time. We may offer free trials, paid plans, and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

You retain ownership of datasets and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service, including AI-assisted features.

You represent that you have the rights to upload your content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to process special-category data without appropriate legal basis and safeguards.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashBoardly AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for extended inactivity on free accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
