About DashBoardly AI

We help NGOs, researchers, and data teams turn raw survey and operational data into donor-ready dashboards — without a data science team.

Our mission

DashBoardly AI was built for organizations that collect important data but struggle to communicate impact clearly. Too many teams spend weeks in spreadsheets instead of presenting results to donors, boards, and stakeholders.

Our mission is to democratize dashboard creation: upload your dataset, describe what you need, and get a polished, shareable dashboard in minutes — not months.

Portrait of James Bukuru, Co-founder and CEO of DashBoardly

James Bukuru

Co-founder & CEO

Monitoring, evaluation, and data management specialist with more than a decade of experience supporting donor-funded development programs in Tanzania.

James has spent his career helping teams collect, manage, analyze, and communicate evidence—working across tools including ODK, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, SPSS, Stata, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and QGIS.

In the field, he saw the same pattern repeat: organizations gather valuable data, yet turning it into clear dashboards, actionable insights, and donor-ready reports still requires significant manual effort.

Dashboardly was founded to close that gap—making the path from raw data to analysis, visualization, insight, and reporting faster and more accessible for NGOs, researchers, development organizations, and data teams.

His vision is a platform where teams spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets and reporting workflows, and more time understanding their data, demonstrating results, and making better decisions.
